Performance characteristics
1. The steel wire winding hydraulic bottom press for cookware is a high-strength steel wire winding hydraulic press. The main oil cylinder and frame adopt a prestressed steel wire winding structure, which has the characteristics of high body strength, high pressure bearing capacity, and good fatigue life. It is mainly used for cold extrusion forming, aluminum cookware composite bottom pressing and other processes.
2. The hydraulic control adopts a plug-in valve integrated system, which is reliable in action, has a long service life, has low hydraulic impact, and reduces the number of connecting pipelines and leakage points.
3. Adopting button centralized control, it has two control modes: adjustment and single cycle with both hands.
4. Independent electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive action, and easy maintenance.
5. By selecting the operation mode, two forming processes, namely fixed distance and fixed pressure, can be achieved, and it has performance such as pressure holding delay.
6. The work pressure and travel time can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements.
